- What do you do?
We remove household and business waste from residential and commercial properties. We provide two man clearance teams to load all your waste onto our specialist trucks.
- What vehicles do you use?
We operate a fleet of 3.5 tonne and 7.5 tonne caged vehicles to cater for any waste from small loads to full loads.
- Are you a registered waste carrier?
Yes we are fully licensed and insured to carry out waste collections and removals.
- Do you have insurance?
Yes we do! All our drivers are fully insured and licensed to clear waste from your premises.
- Can you take hazardous materials?
Unfortunately, we are not licensed to dispose of this type of waste. If you require this type of collection please contact your local council and they will advise you of organisations that can arrange this for you.
- Why do you Charge?
We have to pay to pay to dispose of your waste at one of our trade waste transfer stations.
- How do you charge?
We generally charge on the amount of space used on the lorry and on the weight (kg). Heavier waste materials, for example rubble and soil – we charge on the weight.
- Why do I need to send a photo of my rubbish?
It is very difficult to provide a price over the phone without seeing the rubbish. Sending a picture means we can give you a rough estimate by looking at the type of waste you require to be cleared in the photo. We will then come to the property and confirm a price once we have seen your rubbish, all estimates are free of charge and no obligation. If you’re happy with our estimate we can start the job there and then!
- Can you clear the same day?
Yes we can clear your rubbish on the same day! We also operate seven days a week so someone is always available to answer any questions.
- Why use us instead of a skip?
We are a cost effective alternative to hiring a skip. Here are just a few reasons to use Absolute Waste:
